14-Day exchanges/refund Policy: We offer a 14-day exchanges/refund policy, starting from the day you receive your item. If you wish to replace a product, please ensure that it meets the following conditions:
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags intact and in its original packaging. You must have the proof of purchase (Order Number). We Only accept Exchanges/Returns in case the product was damaged (which the customer has to show the proof that he/she received the product damaged) otherwise we do not accept Returns. (You can read below the exchange/Refunds policy)

Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items: We strongly encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation.
Sale Items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept Replaces for items purchased on sale or gift cards. These purchases are final and non-refundable/exchangeable
Additional Information: Areej offers a 14-day Exchanges/returns policy specifically for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders within Pakistan. However, to be eligible for a Exchanges/Refunds.
The product must remain in the same condition as when it was sent and should not be damaged by the customer. We recommend making a video while opening the package as a reference in case the product is damaged.
If the Order is Incorrect the Exchange Delivery charges will paid by us. If the customer is exchanging because they have a change of mind and want to buy something else, the customer will bear the return charges.
For Orders (Exchanges/Refunds) the customer must send the product to our facility where the product will be checked and after approval the new product/replacement/exchange will be shipped.
